Your tracking number is usually in the shipping confirmation email from the carrier (not the order confirmation from the store).

Marketplace Integrations
Direct marketplace order ID lookups require official API access which is not yet available. Use Gmail import or enter a tracking number directly.
Amazon
Amazon orders can be imported via Gmail. Direct order ID lookup requires Amazon API approval.
Amazon SP-API requires seller/developer approval. Order lookup by buyer order ID is not available via a public API. Use Gmail import or paste your tracking number directly.
AliExpress
AliExpress tracking numbers (Cainiao, 4PX, etc.) can be tracked directly. Order ID lookup is not available.
AliExpress API is only available to platform partners. If you have your Cainiao or carrier tracking number, use the Track page directly. Gmail import can also extract tracking numbers from AliExpress emails.
Shein
Shein tracking numbers can be tracked directly. Gmail import can extract them from shipping emails.
Shein has no public API. Tracking numbers from Shein shipment emails can be imported via Gmail or entered directly on the Track page.
Shopify
Shopify integration requires merchant-side setup. Not yet available for buyers.
Shopify requires each store owner to install a Shopify Partner app and grant merchant-side OAuth. Customer order numbers alone cannot retrieve tracking data. Contact us if you are a Shopify merchant.
